Who we are
Warrick County Christian Academy ("WCCA," "we") operates this website at wcca.academy. You can reach us at office@wcca.academy, 812-853-3787, or 7564 W State Route 66, Newburgh, IN.
What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us — through our enrollment application or by contacting us. That may include a parent or guardian’s name and contact details, and basic information about a prospective student (name, date of birth, grade, address, and academic background). We deliberately do not collect medical, insurance, or emergency-contact information through this website; those details are completed on paper during in-person registration.
Children’s privacy
Information about students is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian — our forms are designed for adults to complete. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly, contact us at office@wcca.academy and we will delete it.
How we use it
We use the information you provide for one purpose: processing enrollment, responding to your questions, and — only at your direction — preparing state scholarship applications such as the Indiana Choice Scholarship.
We never sell your data. We never share it, with two exceptions stated plainly: the State of Indiana when you ask us to file a scholarship application on your behalf, and disclosures the law compels. There is no advertising use, ever.
What this site does not do
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, embeds no advertising, and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not third-party networks. The only network request containing your information is the one you trigger by pressing Submit.
No organization can honestly promise unbreachable security. Our protection is structural: we collect the minimum needed to enroll a student, and sensitive medical, insurance, and emergency-contact details are never collected online — paper only, in person.
Who processes it
Our online forms are delivered by Netlify, Inc. — the company that hosts this website — which transmits submissions to our school email (hosted by Google Workspace). Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security practices. Photographs and media of students appear on this site only with a signed media release from a parent or guardian, which may be revoked in writing at any time.
Retention & your choices
Enrollment submissions are kept as part of school records for as long as needed for enrollment and legal purposes. You may ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete information you submitted through this site by emailing office@wcca.academy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
